How do payments appear on my statement?+

Subscription charges appear as PROLINKS.ME* on your card or bank statement. If you don't recognize a charge, contact us right away.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Billing in your account, click 'Manage subscription', and choose 'Cancel'. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?+

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge. Reach out via the contact form below with your account email and reason.

How do I change my username or vanity URL?+

Open Settings → Profile in your account. Username changes are subject to availability.

How do I delete my account?+

Open Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Your profile and personal data are removed within 30 days.
