1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using ProLinks.me ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Keep your password safe and use a strong, unique one.
  • One account per person — no impersonation, no fake identities.

3. Your content

Everything you publish on your profile is yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as required to provide the Service. You can delete your content at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Publish illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content.
  • Impersonate any person or organization.
  • Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
  • Scrape the Service, abuse the API, or attempt to overload our infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Recruiters and outreach

Recruiters using the Service agree to contact professionals respectfully and only when those professionals have opted in. Spam, mass-blasts, or misleading outreach will result in permanent removal.

6. Paid features

Some features may require a subscription. Pricing is shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users. Where reasonable, we'll give you advance notice and a chance to export your data.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific career outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProLinks.me and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We'll notify users of material changes to these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ProLinks.me is operated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
